4. ELIGIBILITY

5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

6. FEES & PAYMENT

•Government fees, third-party charges, and disbursements are payable by the client
Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, including where an application is rejected by a third-party authority, unless otherwise required by law.

7. AML, KYC & COMPLIANCE

As a registered TCSP, we are required to carry out anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks.
 
By engaging our services, you agree to:
•Provide identification, verification, and supporting documentation when requested
•Cooperate with ongoing due diligence and monitoring requirements
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate services where AML/KYC requirements are not met or where concerns arise.

8. YOUR RIGHTS
