Abbey Blue Formations is part of Abbey Blue Group, an Irish administrative consultancy authorised by the Department of Justice as a Trust or Company Service Provider.

Abbey Blue Formations is a private company. We are not the Companies Registration Office, Revenue Commissioners, or any other government body. Any references to public authorities are for the purpose of explaining filings, registrations, or processes relevant to the services we provide.

Eligibility

Fees & Payment

Fees are payable as displayed on the website, stated in a quotation, confirmed in writing, or set out on an invoice. Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT and any third-party fees, government fees, filing fees, or outlays.

We may require payment before commencing work, submitting filings, activating services, or releasing completed documentation.

  • You are responsible for paying all agreed fees, VAT, third-party charges, and filing fees when due.
  • If payment is delayed or declined, we may pause or withhold services until payment is received.
  • Fees for work already performed, administrative time, filings submitted, third-party costs, and activated services may be non-refundable.
  • Where a refund is considered, it will be assessed by reference to the work completed, costs incurred, and the nature of the service purchased.

AML, KYC & Compliance

Abbey Blue Formations may be required to carry out anti-money laundering, know-your-customer, sanctions, beneficial ownership, and compliance checks before or during the provision of services.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate services where compliance checks are not completed, where information is incomplete or inconsistent, or where we are legally or professionally required to do so.

  • We may request identity verification, proof of address, source of funds or wealth information, business activity details, and beneficial ownership information.
  • We may screen clients and connected persons against sanctions, politically exposed person, adverse media, and compliance databases.
  • We may be required to retain compliance records and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
  • We are not obliged to disclose details of internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, or reports made under applicable law.
